Portal Instructions for Billing Insurance Reimbursement Form
To access your claim forms for your records or to submit to your insurance company for an out of network benefit:
1. Go to the portal: https://ogmhaintouch.insynchcs.com.
2. Click the "Billing" tab.
3. Click the "Ledger" tab.
4. Place a check next to the claim number for the date or dates that you want to print.
5. Click the plus icon next to the claim number that you want to print and place a check in each box for that date.
6. Click the "Print" button.
7. You may also specify the Date of Service (DOS) and then click "Search" to limit the claims to a particular time frame.
Bills will typically be available in the portal the day after your appointment by about 3:00.
